UPDATED AS OF June 2, 2020
In an abundance of caution for your safety and ours – we are still functioning on mostly a curbside service without having clients in the building. If it is deemed necessary for you to come into the clinic with your pet by either Dr. Benz or Dr. Blondin, you will be escorted into the clinic, directly into an exam room, keeping socially distant of other people. Please be aware that we respectfully ask that you not physically hold your pet while we are examining him/her – we will have one of our “masked” staff hold your pet while you are within vision of your pet. One adult per visit and a mask covering your nose and mouth must be worn.
- For food/medication pick up – please still plan to call ahead and we will take payment over the phone and bring the product out to your car.
- For any services – please call when we get here and we can advise you of our current protocol for your pet.
- We do have online pharmacies that we can utilize (VetSource & Covetrus) that will ship/bill directly to your home for food or medication refills if you would prefer.
As government protocols recommend, we encourage clients over 65 as well as those at risk of infection remain at home and not come into the clinic. We also ask that any clients who have a fever or are showing other signs of sickness REMAIN AT HOME.
