UPDATED AS OF March 20 – 4 pm
Due to the Illinois “shelter in place” that takes place starting on Saturday March 21-April 7 (for now), we are going to completely curbside service – meaning that there are no clients allowed in the building (except for end of life decisions). We are completely available by phone and email, or by contacting us through the website. We are considered an essential business in Illinois and should not be mandated to close because we address the medical needs of pets.
Please call when you get here and we can bring your pet into the clinic for services, while communicating with you by phone. We can bring food/meds and your pet to your car and arrange payment over the phone.
As government protocols recommend, we encourage clients over 65 as well as those at risk of infection remain at home and not come into the clinic. We also ask that any clients who have a fever or are showing other signs of sickness REMAIN AT HOME.
For further information regarding COVID-19 and your pet, we suggest the AVMA COVID-19 FAQs for Pet Owners: https://www.avma.org/sites/default/files/2020-03/covid-19-faq-pet-owners_031620.pdf.
Stay healthy & safe!
