A wellness profile (blood test) can provide you with a clear picture of your pet's overall health. It can help identify problems early on so your pet can be diagnosed and properly treated; or, if all tests are normal, provide comforting peace of mind. In conjunction with regular veterinary examinations, we can help your pet live a longer and healthier life.
We offer a Junior Wellness Profile (for pets under age 7) which screens for diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, infection, anemia, and Addison's disease. A Senior Wellness Profile (for pets over age 7) includes a full chemistry panel (expanded testing of Junior Wellness Profile) in addition to thyroid testing and a urinalysis. Both profiles include a free heartworm test for dogs and a FeLV/FIV test for cats ($30-$40 value).
